1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Baby Generator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our Service.

2. Description of Service & Entertainment Disclaimer

AI Baby Generator uses artificial intelligence and image-to-image synthesis to create imaginative, artistic baby portraits from two adult reference photos.

IMPORTANT: All outputs generated by AI Baby Generator are strictly for entertainment, novelty, and creative purposes. The Service does not provide genetic tests, medical predictions, biometric paternity determinations, ancestral predictions, or likeness guarantees.

3. User Eligibility & Photo Rights Representation

You represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age.
You own the copyright or have obtained explicit legal consent from each adult person depicted in the photos you upload.
You will not upload photos of minors, third parties without consent, or non-consensual imagery.
You will not attempt to generate sexually explicit, abusive, harassing, or defamatory imagery.

4. Subscriptions, Trial & Billing via Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Trial Terms: We offer a 3-day Pro trial for $2.99 USD with 3 generations. Unless cancelled before the trial period concludes, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard recurring rate of $19.99 USD per month until you cancel. A Starter plan is available at $9.99 USD per month with 50 generations per billing period. Unused monthly generations expire at the end of each billing period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account settings or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. To the extent permitted by applicable copyright law, you own the creative output generated through your account, subject to compliance with these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the United States, European Union, and United Kingdom, AI Baby Generator and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
